Refund policy

OTD releases are produced in limited quantities, but we still uphold your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Your Right to Return (CPA Section 20)
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided that:

It is unused, unwashed, unworn

It is in its original packaging

All labels and accessories are attached
This aligns with the CPA cooling-off period for certain transactions.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale

Limited/collectors’ drops (unless defective)

Underwear/socks (for hygiene reasons)

Items damaged due to incorrect handling after delivery

Exchanges
If we still have your size/colour in stock, we’ll exchange it.
If not, we’ll offer store credit or an alternative solution.

Defective Goods (CPA Section 56)
You have the right to goods that are of acceptable quality and free of defects.
If the item you received is defective, email us within 48 hours with:

Order number

Photos of the issue
Once verified, we will repair, replace, or refund the item in line with CPA guidelines.

Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds (store credit or original payment method) take 5–7 business days once approved.
